After completing an “agency vision quest” in Q3 2021, WireBuzz was ready to refresh its agency identity and brand voice. Instead of being perceived by clients as a cliché “Trusted Advisor” or “Trusted Partner”, 2022 was the year to become their clients’ “Best Friend in Growth”. It was also the year to differentiate their services from other video production/marketing agencies by recategorizing as a “video smarketing agency”.
I helped WireBuzz refresh its brand voice and messaging by:
Leading creative direction and production (scripting, copywriting, UX design, and website development) to launch a new landing page targeting Life Science brands
Briefing and collaborating with WireBuzz's Copywriting Manager to develop and execute a “best friend” inspired content strategy and calendar three pillar categories: 1) Agency Culture, 2) Marketing Education, 3) Client Appreciation
