(RRS) is a gold and silver IRA firm, helping investors diversify their portfolios through precious metals. RRS wanted help engaging their current conservative niche customers; while also updating their approach to connecting with through a softer, more liberal tone of voice.

I helped RRS engage their audience by:

  • Collaborating with Copywriters to tailor the workbooks and landing pages to RRS' target personas

  • Designing workbook documents with Adobe InDesign

  • Designing wireframes with Adobe XD

The new workbooks and landing pages enabled RRS to warm up 300+ cold leads.
