Parallel to the NBA's March Madness 2022, I ideated and executed a “Meme Madness” engagement campaign. My strategy aimed to achieve three goals:
Increase internal employee engagement by delighting agency staff and boosting their spirits
Engage key Life Science contacts to upsell creative agency services
Test and learn from a disruptive account-based marketing campaign
I translated my creative strategy into an account-based marketing campaign by:
Collaborating with Sales and Client Relations stakeholders to identify which clients to engage and upsell agency services
Searching for key account contacts to build an email list in HubSpot
Designing 32 brand or product memes (2 per client)
Creating and sending out a survey to have employees vote for their favorite client memes
Crafting graphics, video animations, and marketing emails
Scheduling campaign emails to send in alignment with the NBA's March Madness schedule
