Video SMarketing Mastery Podcast

Refreshed the agency podcast to be give clients and candidates more insight into the WireBuzz team.

Connected to WireBuzz's brand refresh, I spearheaded the refresh of the agency's podcast.

My strategy aimed to achieve three goals:

  1. Increase employee engagement and thought leadership

  2. Showcase agency culture to attract candidates and support hiring

  3. Showcase all team members and collective expertise to deepen client relationships and support sales

I translated my creative strategy into a reinspired video podcast by:

  • Brainstorming and creating a podcast topic content calendar and recording schedule

  • Coordinating with Video Producers, Project Managers and Operations to host podcasts on Riverside and finalize postproduction audio

  • Collaborating with Copywriters, Visual Designers, and Editors to create show notes, thumbnails, and social posts to release and promote new episodes through PodBean, the WireBuzz blog, LinkedIn, and YouTube
